About Bayley & 3E9
Active-duty military, developer, and workflow simplifier. No fluff, just tools that work.
Active-Duty Servicemember. One-Guy Operation. Straight Shooter.
I started working with computers and networks back in 2012, and launched 3E9 Design in 2016. Since 2021, I have been serving overseas on active duty in the military.
I run this shop on my off-hours. Because it's just me, I have zero sales targets, zero pushy account managers, and zero corporate office overhead. My goal is to build simple web systems that save you time, get you off expensive subscription fees, and organize your work.
I also migrate websites away from giant corporate hosts that charge way too much for slow servers. I'll get your site moved, lower your monthly bill, and make sure it loads twice as fast.
Helping good causes: I do a lot of free favors and pro-bono work for organizations doing real work—nonprofits, law enforcement-adjacent groups, and veterans. For everyone else, I charge fair, flat rates. I also enjoy whooping garbage, lazy developers who only care about pillaging local business wallets.
How I work with local business owners
Total Honesty
If your needs are better served by a cheap drag-and-drop tool or a different agency, I will tell you upfront. No sales pitch, just straight advice.
Flat-Rate Pricing
My web builds and hosting updates are billed at plain, flat rates. You will never get a surprise bill for emailing a question or a quick text adjustment.
Built to Last
Since I serve in the military, I build systems to be highly resilient and self-sufficient. I set up secure code and firewalls so your site runs without constant handholding.
